Extreme mood swings, frequent “illness,” school problems, lack of motivation, or
Secrecy, avoiding family, lying, unreasonable anger, or
Hanging with a new group of friends (especially ones you don’t know), or
Questionable money management and sources, or
Unusual items (which could include drug paraphernalia)
